Director of the Berkman Center's International Technologies Group Colin Maclay recently published an Op-Ed in Panama's La Prensa. The piece is a call to refocus the current national debate on the integration of ICT into schools toward Panama's unique learning needs and goals, with particular attention to the creation of an institutional framework capable of creating a sustainable initiative - in financial, political and educational terms.
