In 2000-2001, Antoun Nabhan was VP of Finance of Incellico, a seed-stage company providing services and tools for online analysis of gene expression data.

At Harvard Law School, he was Lead Teaching Fellow for Trusting and Non-Trusting in Law, Business, and Behavioral Sciences with Professor Tamar Frankel (Winter/Spring 2000; Co-Lead Teaching Fellow for Privacy in Cyberspace with Profesor Arthur Miller (Spring 1999); Team member, Representation in Cyberspace Study and the Boston Membership Advisory Group (these entities were both part of the process for devising a membership structure and election process for the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers).

Nabhan was also part of the systems development team for version 2.0 of the Berkman Center's distance learning software tools, and author of the Berkman Center scheduling tool. He is a founding member and shareholder of Velvet Cafe, Inc., and continues to provide consulting services to early-stage technology-enabled businesses.

While a third-year student at Harvard Law School, Nabhan was a summer associate at the Venture Law Group.
