  • How is the Internet more than a market force?

With characterizations of collective action and knowledge building on the Internet through lenses such as "The Wisdom of Crowds" and "The Long Tail," this session will explore the social and cultural implications of defining Internet as a Public good, and whether past traditions of civil engagement will inform the Internet's civil infancy.
