Thank you for taking the first World Bank -- Harvard Global ICT (Information & Communication Technology) & Education Survey!

We want to understand how computers and the Internet have affected education around the world. We are very interested in how computers are being used in schools in your country.

Hundreds of people like you in schools in Asia, Latin America, and Africa are answering the exact same questions.

The single most important part of this project is your participation!

Please answer the questions in the survey as completely and honestly as you can -- there are no right or wrong answers. Simply answer the questions as best you can, and please ask the survey administrator if you have any questions.

The overall findings of our surveys will be released at the end of 2003 -- we will send the results to each participating school and country; complete information will be published on the Internet.

Thank you again for your help and participation!

We realize that some of the questions ask for potentially sensitive information.
All responses are confidential and individual responses are not identified.
