RESOLVED [99.__] that the Non-Commercial Domain Name Holders Constituency of the Domain Name Supporting Organization is provisionally recognized until the Annual Meeting of the Board in November, 1999, on the same basis and subject to the same conditions as set forth in Resolutions 99.31 through 99.34.
