Some additional configuration may be necessary to allow your RealPlayer to access our RealServers from behind a firewall. If you think your firewall is preventing you from accessing the livefeed, you should first try to access the Berkman Center Cairo stream -- hosted on a specially-configured firewall-friendly RealServer. If that doesn't work, try the ICANN RealServer. Failing that, check your Options-Preferences dialog box on the Transport tab; choose Use Specified Transports, press PNA Settings, and specify "Use HTTP Only" (G2 player; comparable settings also available in earlier versions of the software).
