I think there is some misleading information about the demonstration in the AP, CNN, and other news agencies. The demonstration was against the increasing public transportation fair and corruption. But it was not for dissolving the government. The former government led by Elbegdorj has successfully started the tough measures against corruptions, doing investigations. However, since so many people in the top political positions were involved in big corruption cases, this decision was made so fast before they get caught. And now the demonstration is still out there for MPRP to cancel the desicion to dissolve the government.
