Dear Professor Berkowitz:

I am replying to your November 9th letter about your tenure review. I want to state unequivocally that I have not had, and will not have, any role in your tenure review. I am offended by the false allegations of unprofessional conduct you have made against me in your
letter. I suggest that you raise any further issues with Dean Knowles.
