While exploring this virtual world I found very interesting luxury island with luxury apartments and houses for rent. It seems all the estate is rented out. Real estate business in SL can be very profitable. Ailin Graef (Anshe Chung in RL) has become the first US$ millionaire by doing virtual real estate business [1].

It must be that people love nice houses and some privacy. Although, it is possible to look in the houses through the windows.

There is very nice public pool and beaches are not far away; some of the luxury houses have their own pool.
