Max Mountain is an adventurers’ dream resort; if there could be one since most adrenaline seeking folks don’t do resorts. This resort has two established rock climbs (one at the resort and one at the Helicon Campus), a beautiful beach for sunning and killer waves for surfing. There is also a full outdoor gym for the "can't get enough's", a fun outdoor dance floor, yoga on top of the mountain, and of course the many shops for your outdoor gear and inspired art. The Helicon Campus is more peaceful (no shops) and has a rustic (but not wild) feel.

The best part of Max Mountain is the beautiful sunset. The experience is somewhere between reading about it in a book and really being there. There was definitely the vacation-like fun feeling while exploring and engaging in the activities.
