Life Squared Project

Stanford University's Life Squared Project is produced by the Metamedia Lab of the Archaeology Center. The development team is interested in a contemporary archaeological zeitgeist and the union of archaeology and theater. They are recreating Lynn Hershman's Dante Hotel art project by using archived photographs and documents. Hershman's original work maintained room 47 at the Dante Hotel as art from 1973-1974.
