- Juror selection has begun in the Scooter Libby Trial. Coverage is here and here and here, among other places. This is fascinating. How to constitute a "fair" jury? Libby's attorneys propose to ask jurors about their political party affiliation. (Would it be acceptable to use a peremptory challenge to strike Democrats / Republicans)? Hmmm.
