The American Civil Liberties Union ("ACLU") is located at Commonwelath Island in Second Life. On arrival, what is interesting to note is that protester kits are available for purchase, see the picture on the right. According to the ACLU website activists gathered from around the USA for a Day of Action on June 26, 2007. Thousands of avatars met on Capitol Hill to call on Congress to restore habeas corpus, fix the Military Commissions Act, and restore constitutional rights.
