  1. Is it technologically possible to ban wireless access during classtime ONLY in classrooms, but still allow students who don't go to class to still have access in dorms or library (3)

   John Palfrey: One could easily allow ethernet access, say in the libraries or dorms, while banning wifi during certain time periods, which might accomplish this goal; but it would probably be too hard to regulate wifi by place given leakage.
