This project develops a legal cyberstrategy to legalize marijuana in at least some part of Jamaica. The strategy is designed to promote and integrate the character of Jamaica in a manner that honors its histories and asserts its independence in a manner reasonable, respectful, legal, strong and realistic.

Research and development of this project, available here as essential background, owes thanks to Paul Gowder.
