Plan for connecting Jamaica, Island and Diaspora, in a broadband network.

Broadband and the digital revolution offer developing nations the opportunity to integrate and heal and grow. Jamaica will lead the way.

Broadband is available throughout the world, within the means of many Jamaicans whereever they are, and those who cannot afford it can listen on the radio and watch on the tv. All they need is reason. We propose to give it to them.

Content, current content that comes with a story that stimulates Jamaicans and allows the broadband consumers of art and entertainments and politics, island and diaspora, to become part of it. The SET story is one of healing in jamaica, of sensible human approach to the problems that divide, with core focus on crime and learning, not as sensational stories of outrage and failure, but rather as real problems to be addressed in real ways at a human level with methods that work, methods that can be seen and understood and spread in the viral way the digital broadband network permits.

The stories and the meta story embrace the idea of self development at both individual and institutional levels. Our content is grounded in stories from the prisons of Kingston, told with the skill and talent and support of those who join our program of self, institutional, national and global development.

Reverence for Life - Students Expressing Truth SET - Staff and Students Expressing Truth -

More much more to come just as soon as we get our low power fm transmitters hooked up to the broadband nodes DCS has installed throughout the prison system. Then we will have product from staff as well as student, and if you can do it in a prison, you can do it in a school, and in a community, local and around the globe.

Kevin Wallen, SET prophet of broadband, and Rubin "Hurricane" Carter, who has seen the vision, as core speaking talent to lead a world tour to Jamaican and Jamaican Diaspora cities, accompanied by musical and other educational/entertainment support and integrating and featuring local talent and organization, to explain the program to assembled audiences, show how to connect, and link them in, all the while feeding media in traditional forms to local, national and international radio and television and print.

We seek sponsors and partners and members of our board of directors.

We seek to offer 24-7 Jamaica dynamic media feed.
