[openlaw] Righting Copywrongs
More reading on the error of copyright over-extension, as we continue to
await word from the Supreme Court whether it will hear Eldred v. Ashcroft.
This week's New Yorker reviews copyright history and concludes that "the
government forgot about balance" when it used the Sonny Bono Act to add 20
years to Mickey Mouse's life:
