A couple of weeks ago Lessig announced that he'd be leaving for Stanford.

Today in the Globe there's a story about some proposed guidelines that would
seem to affect the how much faculty members are allowed to teach outside the
school (ie, on the Internet).

Here's a quote from Nesson:
"The proposal does crimp freedom, but I respect it," he said. '"But if the
administration confines faculty, and doesn't give them any meaningful
outlet, then it's got really negative connotations. That remains to be
seen."
