I posted an outline for a brief in the DMCA case on the openlaw
hypernews discussion board:

summarize the dvd-discuss mailing list arguments plus I filled in some
with my own opinions. 

I hope it will stimulate some discussion. It would be especially
valuable to add substance and citations to the individual points in the
outline. Of course, it is also good to discuss adding, modifying, or
deleting points from the outline itself.
