Innovation, Interoperability, and IP

Brad Smith, General Counsel of Microsoft

The Berkman Center and the Harvard Law School Journal of Law & Technology (JOLT), welcomed Brad Smith, Senior VP and General Counsel of Microsoft Corporation, to the Austin North classroom in Austin Hall on the Law School campus. He discussed "Innovation, Interoperability, and IP," to address three of the most pressing demands and concerns of the technology industry today.

Mr. Smith is currently Microsoft's chief compliance officer and is responsible for the implementation of the antitrust consent decree established in 2001.
